TRAINING PROGRAM

A comprehensive exploration of movement principles that blend traditional techniques with modern innovations. Students will learn the foundational elements such as body alignment, balance, and flexibility, before progressing to more advanced concepts such as floor work, partnering, and improvisation. Student will develop an understanding of musicality and rhythm, as well as fostering creativity through choreographic exercises and exploration of different movement qualities. In contemporary classes, they are encouraged to cultivate their own artistic voices and develop a deep physical and emotional connection to their movements.
